PREBOND-58 (Rust Remover Solution)

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: PREBOND-58  is a water-based, non-acidic and non-toxic, ready-to-use rust remover-cum rust preventive solution. It effectively removes rust and light oil from metal surfaces and providing protection against further rusting for next 60* to 90* days without requiring additional rust preventive oil or wax. It is a phosphoric acid and zinc phosphate-based formulation, specifically designed for automobile component parts, cast iron, mild steel, stainless steel, fabrication works and powder coating works before painting. PREBOND-58 is a very cost-effective solution for metal cleaning and rust prevention applications, suitable for dipping and swabbing processes.

APPLICATION METHOD: PREBOND-58 Chemical & PREBOND-220 Paint Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. First Clean the metal surface by using a wire brush or sand-paper and cotton to remove heavy rust scale and dirt.

2. Now apply one coat of PREBOND-58 (Anti Rust Chemical) as a surface preparation chemical coat and let it dry for 12 hours or overnight.

3. Then apply two-coats of PREBOND-220 (Anti Corrosive Paint) in difference 06-12 hours-time as a final top coat for long-term acid, alkali, salt-water, weather, U/v & corrosion resistance.
