Clear Name: Rust Remover, Converter-cum Surface Preparation Solution for Rusted Metal Painting
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: It is an ideal water-based non-acidic, non-toxic & pollution-free ready to use rust remover, rust converter-cum surface preparation solution for rusted with old painted metal surface. It can be easily removing & converting the rust and provide greyish black colored zinc phosphate coating on the rusted metal surface. After application, it protects the rusted metal surface from further rusting for next 30*-45* days without primer/paint. It is a phosphoric acid and mixture with zinc phosphate base solution with very effective for rust removing, oil removing and rust preventive applications. Exceptionally, it is design for where optimum surface preparation or proper surface cleaning is not possible and expensive. It is suitable for powder coating and fabricated steel structure painting etc.
